Presbyterian Health Foundation has awarded Fields & Futures a $25,000 grant to support the renovation of athletic fields at Southeast High School. In partnership with the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation, Fields & Futures will rebuild the football/soccer practice field, baseball field and softball field. Built in 1950, when Southeast High School was originally constructed, it’s time for a makeover! Thanks to a generous one-for-one match from Group One Thousand One, this $25,000 gift from PHF just became $50,000!

Fields & Futures and OKCPS Athletics are determined to change the mindset that golf is a sport reserved for suburban schools. By introducing golf to kids at younger ages and eliminating barriers to participation, the Fields & Futures Golf Program is helping them see the sport as a legitimate opportunity to join a team, build lifelong skills, and pursue higher education.

On Giving Tuesday, Fields & Futures received a $12,500 Sports Matter Grant from DICK’s Sporting Goods Foundation during a special open house event for OKCPS student-athletes. This impactful grant will strengthen the Fields & Futures Golf Program and help grow the game of golf in Oklahoma City Public Schools.
